Forrest A. Norman is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and serves as Chair of the firm's Church Law Group and Co-Chair of the Railroad Law, Litigation and Regulatory Counsel Group. Mr. Norman concentrates his practice in the areas of railroad law, church law, product liability, and general litigation. He devotes much of his practice to representing churches, offering a full range of services including all aspects of tort litigation, property, and ecclesiastical disputes and counsels non-profit 501(c)(3) entities.

Representative Matters:

  • Extensive jury trial experience representing both U.S. domestic and international-based manufacturers and distributors in product liability matters
  • Defense of railroad carriers in FELA cases, crossing claims, and tort actions
  • Serves as lead trial counsel in tort actions on behalf of developers and commercial property owners
  • Experience encompassing medical malpractice defense and toxic tort defense
  • Appeared and argued appellate cases at all levels, including six state Supreme Courts, Federal Circuits, and briefing before the United States Supreme Court
