The Education Practice Group represents public and private schools and colleges in Pennsylvania and New Jersey civil rights, employment, special education, and tort litigation. Most of our work derives from educational insurers but the Group also represents educators and institutions privately on a variety of litigation matters in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Group also has an active State and Federal appellate practice and has been involved in educational decisions of note.
