- Managed due diligence project for leasehold acreage and related assets valued at over $40 million
- Served as counsel during the completion of private equity transaction for growing exploration and production company, including negotiation and drafting of operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and master service agreements
- Drafted and reviewed division order title opinions, including units created under statutory (mandatory pooling) orders
