Representative Matters
- Shamal Brown v. New Prime, Inc., et al., Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 21CV333 (2021): case involved a collision between two tractor-trailers; plaintiff alleged serious orthopedic injuries that could not have physically occurred in the collision. After plaintiff demanded $9.5 million, plaintiff conceded defendants’ expert opinions to prevent their admission at trial. Following extensive motion practice, plaintiff was cornered with his concession, ultimately settling the matter for $260,000.
