Vaughn K. Schultz is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, real estate, and outside general counsel services, with a particular emphasis in toxic torts.

Mr. Schultz defends toxic tort cases filed throughout the United States alleging personal injuries due to occupational chemical exposures or from exposure to industrial or consumer products.In addition to his work in toxic torts, Mr. Schultz has defended a wide range of commercial litigation cases, including those involving oil and gas, mineral law, landlord-tenant law, employment discrimination, product liability, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith actions. He also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions and real estate litigation matters.
