Dickie McCamey Elects Eleven New Shareholders
Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., a leading national law firm based in Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce that 11 attorneys have been elected shareholders of the firm, effective January 1, 2022. James R. Andrzejewski, Bridget L. Baranyai, Mary McWilliams Dengler, Steven L. Ettinger, Benjamin J. Martin, Amee L. Mazzarese, Bridget K. Sasson, Barbara Y. Strnad, Kristin L. Wedell, Ryan S. Welsch, and Michelle L. Wilson are the newest shareholders.
James R. Andrzejewski – Mr. Andrzejewski practices out of the Philadelphia office where he concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on insurance defense matters. He handles the defense of general liability matters, including premises liability and product liability matters. Mr. Andrzejewski earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law.
Bridget L. Baranyai – She concentrates her practice in the area of toxic tort law and talcum powder litigation. Ms. Baranyai earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Mary McWilliams Dengler – In the course of almost two decades of practicing law, Ms. Dengler has acquired significant experience in the areas of insurance defense, appellate practice, food and beverage industry, insurance coverage litigation, real estate professional and appraiser litigation, nursing home litigation, personal injury litigation, premises liability, product liability litigation, and transportation litigation, with a particular emphasis in civil litigation. Ms. Dengler, who practices out of DMC’s Columbus office earned her law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.
Steven L. Ettinger – Mr. Ettinger concentrates his practice in the area of medical malpractice. His experience also includes a background in preparing oil, gas and mineral title opinions. Mr. Ettinger graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law with his J.D.
Benjamin J. Martin – Mr. Martin concentrates his practice in the areas of food and beverage liability and toxic tort law. Mr. Martin earned his J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law.
Amee L. Mazzarese – Ms. Mazzarese is a member of the Toxic Tort Group, Medical Malpractice Defense Group, and Insurance Law and Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort law, and her experience includes product liability and premises liability defense. Ms. Mazzarese earned her J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law.
Bridget K. Sasson – Ms. Sasson primarily focuses her practice on curative issues connected to the ownership, lease, purchase, and development of oil, gas, and other minerals throughout the region but also handles construction and insurance defense claims. Ms. Sasson earned her J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law.
Barbara Y. Strnad – Ms. Strnad is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She concentrates her practice on real estate and business transactions, especially within the spheres of traditional energy, renewable energy, and natural resources. Ms. Strnad graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.
Kristin L. Wedell – Ms. Wedell is also a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She has over 20 years of experience concentrating her practice in the areas of business and employment law, civil rights, workers’ compensation, and product liability and is an OSBA Certified Specialist in labor and employment. Ms. Wedell earned her J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Ryan S. Welsch – Mr. Welsch is a member of DMC’s Real Estate Group and Energy Group. Mr. Welsch has extensive experience in mineral due diligence projects and certified title opinions, including complex heirship and curative title work. He also assists clients in litigation matters relating to title certification, including partition, quiet title, petitions under the West Virginia missing and unknown owner’s statute, and the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem to represent and obtain a lease from minors and incarcerated individuals. Mr. Welsch graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.
Michelle L. Wilson – Ms. Wilson works out of DMC’s Lehigh Valley office and primarily focuses her practice on the defense of medical and health care malpractice and nursing home litigation but also handles matters in the areas of appellate practice, general civil litigation, dental malpractice, premises liability, and professional liability. She has represented a number of hospitals, physicians, medical practices, nurses, therapists, and adjunct providers in the defense of numerous health care liability matters. Ms. Wilson earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
